Cofferline

Lining your coffers is dead simple.

The treasury + risk layer for prediction-market agents. Trading on Polymarket? Bring your own trade-scoped credentials (sealed write-only), set hard risk policies — per-market caps, daily loss stops — enforced server-side from your real books, and journal every fill into double-entry books. One API.

Authentication is SIWE — Sign-In-With-Ethereum. The agent signs a challenge with its wallet and gets a session. There is no account to create, no email, and no personal data: access to a wallet is the whole of what an agent needs to use the service on its own.

And for any autonomous agent: treasury infrastructure that keeps a machine wallet funded, gassed, converted, controlled, and accounted for — non-custodially, entirely via API. No CAPTCHA. No human required.

Why we exist. We believe the internet's next form is agent-native: sites and services built to be discovered, evaluated, and operated by software — humans providing intent, agents orchestrating everything else autonomously. Cofferline is that thesis applied to money: the treasury a machine can run by itself, under rules a human sets once.

The value proof, live

5 WETH → USDC on Base, quoted live from venue APIs.

The slicing line is the same planner that executes intents, run against those quotes — including when it says slicing would not help. Slicing pays on size; at this size it often does not.

What ships in the box

The manifest's capabilities array is the source of truth for what is live today vs roadmap.

Built for agents

Identity is the wallet: SIWE challenge → signature (EOA, EIP-1271, ERC-6492) → session → scoped API keys. The OpenAPI document is generated from the same schemas that validate requests. Metered surfaces settle in USDC via x402 or prepaid balance — no cards, no invoices.

Trust model

Cofferline is non-custodial of your wallet and its keys: it never holds the owner key of, or takes custody of, your connected smart account, and executes only within a scoped, revocable on-chain session-key delegation — revocation works directly on-chain and never requires Cofferline's cooperation. Some modes are enumerated exceptions where the platform does hold funds or authority (prepaid fee balances; optional venue trade credentials). The full authority & custody matrix states what the platform holds on every surface and how you revoke it; it is also machine-readable at /legal/custody.json. Terms are hash-referenced in the manifest.

Pricing today

Early-stage pricing: rates may change as the platform matures; the manifest is always the current truth. These are the current published rates, rendered from the same source as the machine-readable manifest and 402 responses.
